Illuminati

As they go extinct, perhaps some new names for them are in order:

IllumiLie

IllumiBlockI

IllumiBlob

IllumiBlahI

IllumiBlah

I think that alive or dead, each should be placed into a separate Physical Torture Cube that will survive the Sun's nova (move them to a rock outside Jupiter's orbit).

Absolute proof of Quora locking out viewership to certain questions...

3 people have viewed this question in 4 hours.  Those topics have about 1 million members.  This is impossible to explain in any other way, than someone (hackers? NSA?) are actively controlling who sees which questions.

Unusual traffic on Quora...

Notice the odd statistics on my Quora answers, see attached screenshot.

How could the spikes be equidistant (3 months + 4 days)?

FYI, I am certain that posting this WILL change the pattern, however... that could NOT be random.

IRS levy on Social Security payments

The IRS is illegally levying Social Security payments up to 15% per month.

Title 26 Section 6331 (h)(2)
(A)any Federal payment other than a payment for which eligibility is based on the income or assets (or both) of a payee,

So, 6331 specifically EXEMPTS Social Security payments.  If you know of someone affected, I am considering a class-action lawsuit.

My original post:

Section 207 of the Social Security Act clearly defines social security payments as exempt from levy and garnishment.  Some assert that Section 1024 of PL 105-34 Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997 overrides the Social Security Act.  The reference is: (h) Continuing Levy on Certain Payments where "certain payments" is defined in section: (A) any Federal payment other than a payment for which eligibility is based on the income or assets (or both) of a payee.

As the eligibility for Social Security AND Social Security Disability payments are both based on income, it is clear those payments are exempt from the "Continuing Levy on Certain Payments".

Further, as the title of the Act is "Taxpayer Relief Act", it is apparent that the overall intent of the Act was to relieve the taxpayer and not be used to increase collections.

The US military, laser weapons, and solar energy

http://phys.org/news/2015-07-japanese-team-world-powerful-laser.html
Putting together some key points:

  • Laser weapons can destroy a boat or a plane, or kill an individual.
  • Laser weapons require a LOT of power.
  • The US military hired Elon Musk to roll out solar with batteries.
  • Once rolled out, the US military can kill any human being on planet earth from remote control.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely.  We'll end up with a few military in impregnable positions, playing God with earth.

The solution?  DISTRIBUTED companies with DISTRIBUTED ownership and management.

Plant roots absorb minerals, so can 3D printed roots be designed to absorb pollution or natural resources?

Capillaries pull water into a plant's root system.  Evaporation from leaves creates suction to pull water through the rest of the plant or tree (transpiration).

So, 3D printed roots could be designed to extract individual molecules.  The root could be thrown away and replaced or cleaned.

It might operate as a sponge.

There are two issues:
1. the design of the roots is intellectual property and the designer should be compensated.
2. how much of each molecule can be pulled before causing damage to the environment?

A patent does solve this, but would require publicity worldwide.

Government can then set policy on how much can be extracted.  This type of technology requires responsibility and planning worldwide.

Six wheel chassis design

Requires a new engine. Mid engine vehicle. Driver behind. What I call a Two-torque engine that is responsive to steering wheel direction. To provide traction.

Physical Comfort Cubes

An aging population might require end-of-life care.  A bed-ridden person might be placed in a chair that is equipped with tactile technology.  A full immersion with virtual reality and full-body tactile comfort.

The person might experience anything at all, including travel or learning to fly.

Much better than watching TV.

While that is one use of tactile technology, another might be incarceration for crimes (see Physical Torture Cubes below).

Physical Torture Cubes (PTCs for short)

Physical Torture Cubes: see-through cube, public for all to see. No guard, no warden. Chair in the center. Tube down their throat for food, tubes for evacuation of urine and feces. Full conviction records outside. One cube, one convict. It is a permanent record and provides an example for others.

No permanent damage, so highly humane.

Some quick specs:
- convict is strapped in and cannot move
- tube down throat for healthy food
- tubes for evacuation of urine and feces (might be recycled)
- chair might rotate for healthy sleep and avoidance of bed sores
- electric-shocks for pain and to maintain muscle tone
- evacuation of air is possible so as to simulate asphyxiation
- perhaps a punching bag behind the convict's head to ensure proper waking and sleeping periods
- at least 1 monitor for viewing
- anal probe with heat (will not damage anal skin tissue)
- vaginal probe of similar
- genitalia devices to stimulate both orgasm and pain

Other options:
- roaches in the cube
- snakes in the cube
- deskinning (light epidermal removal that will likely induce bleeding, but will regrow)

No permanent damage to the convict. Only exception might be scarring on the mouth due to saliva from the tube down their throat.

Full conviction records are available outside of the PTC. Possible video re-enactments.

Depending on the sentencing, a key might be available to allow the convict escape (only after ALL conviction records have been reviewed).

Remote-controlled torture utensils on the cube itself. With smart-phone app for truly remote control (immediate victims and high-scorers likely to have precedence).

A "scream signature" to record the tone and volume, so as to allow future operators to hit the "high-score".

Volume control on the outside of the PTC is controllable. Can be entirely silent.

Automated torture without the need for direct manipulation. If the "scream signature" over a given time frame is not maintained, an alarm will notify proper authorities.

No guard. No warden.

Possible for alcohol to be served freely.

For escape "maintenance", some PTCs will be placed on pedestals. This will allow a few at a time, so as not to crowd the convict.

US' air strikes on Syria

The attacks were not authorized by the US Congress, so President Obama is acting on his own authority and violating the War Powers Act and the Constitution.

Without the Constitution, there is no law in the United States.  It looks like President Obama might be positioning himself to become a military dictator (or others are placing him into that position).

Since there has been no extension of the War Powers Act, apparently the legal basis for President Obama's attacks is the "Authorization for the Use of Military Force".  However, that is a unilateral transfer of Congress' sole authority to declare war and is therefore un-Constitutional.

All checks and balances in the United States have been circumvented.

Right now, legally, the President can be charged with murder for all kills in Syria.  However, the American legal community refuses to do anything.
